Wynn Las Vegas is thrilled to announce a collaboration with the iconic Four Sixes Ranch and acclaimed storyteller Taylor Sheridan to introduce the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, launching at the resort this September. This pop-up experience will capture the legacy of one of Texas's most storied ranches, offering guests genuine culinary creations and robust flavors.

Wynn Las Vegas is thrilled to announce a collaboration with the iconic Four Sixes Ranch and acclaimed storyteller Taylor Sheridan to introduce the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, launching at the resort this September. This pop-up experience will capture the legacy of one of Texas's most storied ranches, offering guests genuine culinary creations and robust flavors.

Menu highlights will feature a stunning Caviar Tower, served with potato tots, kettle chips, brioche toast, country fried chicken tenders, chive crema, deviled quail eggs, lemon zest, parsley, and bacon bits; Tableside Prime Beef Tartare, prepared with grilled shallots, serrano peppers, mustard, and house-made Texas corn tortilla chips; the signature 6666's Branded 28-ounce Cowboy Steak; a full-breed wagyu 40-ounce Tomahawk Steak carved tableside; and Tumbleweed Banana Pudding with vanilla wafers, butterscotch custard, and spun sugar.

Situated within Wynn Tower Suites, the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will host its pop-up at Tableau nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations will be available to the public starting Monday, August 26, with the first available date on Monday, September 16, at wynnlasvegas.com.
